We ensure your delivery instructions are followed carefully so your meals arrive safe and sound. What do I do if my delivery is late or delayed?

On the night before your order is scheduled to arrive, we'll send you an ETA tracking link via SMS so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to door. If your delivery is late or delayed for any reason, we will contact you through the contact details provided upon order to provide a follow-up.

Do I have to prepare or cook any of the meals?

All MACROS meals come fully cooked and ready to eat in 3 minutes or less. All you need is a microwave or stovetop; no special skills required!

For microwaves: Remove the package sleeve, peel back one corner of the film and microwave on high for 2.5 - 3.5 mins or until hot. For stovetops: Remove the sleeve and film, empty the contents into a pot, heat on high until hot, and enjoy your tasty meals without the fussy prep or clean-up.
